Development on SW 15th and Portland

I was driving down SW 15th today and noticed what looks like an Oncue or similar station going up on the SW Corner of SW 15th and Portland. Looking at their website, I dont see anything about the location. The meridian hotel area is in big need of a decent gas station so this place will probably be a good investment. Curious if anyone knows what this is going to be, kinda looks like an Oncue based on the build.
