Yes, I moved the posts from the general Bricktown thread.
All I know is that it's been rumored for a while that this property was under contract. It has not sold as of yet.
Humphrey & Partners Architects is a big firm out of Dallas. Other than the redesign of the Park Harvey (Richard Tanenbaum), they were also brought in by Marva Ellard for her pitch for The Hill property that was ultimately awarded to the current group.
Tanenbaum is also using them to redevelop the old John Marshall HS site.
Since the property has not sold as of yet, I suspect this is a conceptual plan by the potential developers to help drum up financing and/or investors.
However, using a big-name architecture firm gives it some credibility.
I guess I am a little confused on this so help me out. 576 total units, 516 tower units. So there are going to 60 units not in the tall tower but in one or both of the other two towers. Those buildings are a lot bigger than 60 units (30 each). Are we led to believe the rest would be for office or maybe hotel use?
I really can't wait for the new CC hotel to be built so the CCC can be torn down and a new tower put there. It leaves such a huge gap in our skyline.
Who is the developer that's trying to drum up interest by releasing these images?
Wonder why it's labeled "Bricktown, Canada" on their site?
I asked the same question earlier; it was likely a typo.
See this thread for speculation about a potential purchaser / developer for this site:

BoomerThunder seems to have knowledge of this. He/she mentioned earlier in this thread its closing in September and in the OKC Mid-Rise thread said there's serious interest in this property.
These conceptual renderings > Stage Center conceptual renderings
I agree with this. Or at least, somewhere in the area. I absolutely love the design of this building. It's just hard for me to imagine the location. How walkable and accessible will this be? Does it rely too much on the Boulevard being a retail / residential hub?
It will have streetcar access, but it will be at least two long blocks to a stop. To me, this would work better on the SW side of the CBD, near Myriad Gardens or even the new Convention Center on Reno.
This all may be premature of course.
EDIT: Rethinking this already. It would be awesome access to Bricktown and entertainment, and a short walk to the new park.
A development like this anywhere in OKC will be amazing and unprecedented. While it would be nice if the Stage Center site development would have been to this standard, I think the Lumber Yard location is great because it will help kickstart boulevard development. And this may not be a popular opinion but it will make the co-op more attractive to a potential buyer. If they are going to be moved by 2019 anyways, I don't see anything wrong with hoping for that. I can also see Lower Bricktown parking lots also being developed.
Those renderings remind me of the many residential towers going up in Chicago. Really love the architecture on this.
