This may be a bit off-topic, but I've noticed the disparity of the number of OKC beers available in Tulsa in comparison to the numerous Tulsa beer places serve here. Am I wrong about that?

According to a comment on their facebook page, they open Monday.
Great news.
This is correct. I was glad when I found out a while back that they were committed to brewing in-state and in-town after a number of years of contract-only (they also started contracting from Choc in Krebs after a bit). As I understand it they still brew all of their bottled beer out of state (and plan to continue), but you have a pretty decent chance of getting in-state brew if you are drinking off a Mustang tap. So I intend to start drinking it from time to time whenever I see it on tap, as I do want to support their decision to brew here. Unfortunately their selection runs a little too lager-y for my palette for me to be much of a regular imbiber.
I agree about having an F5 (or Native Amber), and also Marshall. Roughtail is another brewer that is doing some pretty adventurous ales and IPAs, and same with Prairie Artisan. I also saw where Redbud was getting back into the swing of things after some management changes, and they were doing some good beer (though their brewer has moved on to Prairie Artisan). There are a number of others that would be interesting to see on tap here too. Personally I like the idea of being adventurous with beer selection rather than staid, and I KNOW as a visitor to other cities that I love to stumble across lots of local selection when travelling.
Bottom right pick taps on the right are coop. Crisis averted.
Wow!!
I'm loving this place.
I smell a huge hit.
Whew on the Coop. And look at those tv's! For a sports lover like me, that is just icing on the cake.
Went by tonight for what I thought was a soft opening. It was a private party. It had begun to rain outside and it was really warm and cozy inside. Also, really liked the look of the patio out front. This place is going to kill it.
Luckily, there are enough new people in the neighborhood that it shouldn't hurt the Deep Deuce Grill.
The population in and around DD is getting ready to surge dramatically in the very near future and almost all of that population will be of the go-out-often variety.
I bet all the restaurants and bars in that small area will help each.
I'm going on Friday, I'll update then. I'm stoked.
Yeah, this looks fantastic on all levels (no pun intended).
If it hurts anybody it hurts the restaurant at Aloft, and the hotel will probably be OK with that because it's going to create a great sense of place, which will lead to more room bookings. I also suspect the Aloft bar will more than make up for any minor hit the restaurant takes from neighborhood competition.
I think I'll try to hit this for dinner next Wednesday on my way home.

Bars and Restaurants, especially bars/bar-heavy restaurants, never hurt each other in proximity, unless a particular restaurant isn't worth having. The only reason Deep Deuce Grill will hurt from this is if their quality is no bueno. Plus…Urban Johnnie is not going to beat out DDG's patio.
If anything, a super busy Urban Johnnie will massively help DDG and other surrounding bars/restaurants.
How could it be bad? They're serving Johnnie's hamburgers. Johnnie's burgers and cold F5? That's all I need to know. I'll have mine with cheese, please.
This looks pretty cool. There are billboards up all over OKC advertising it. From the pics it looks like it may live up to the hype.
So it's open to the public for business come this weekend?
DDG has the best fish tacos in OKC, IMO. That's all I ever eat there because they're so amazing. My husband lives their sliders. But we're Johnnies fans too so all good.
