New Hotel?

I wonder if this land purchase I found on newsok.com is the hotel originally proposed for the town center. Anyone have any info?

Its just part of the failed industrial park. I believe everything there has changed hands a few times. It was a horrible location for what they were trying to do.

Ok. Well I believe there is something going in where the old water was. When I googled the address, it put me right in the town center. Weird.
