Hopefully this ownership change means a new website. The existing one is very 2005.

On December 21, 2007, Tribune Company and Local TV agreed to form a "broadcast management company" to provide management services to both Tribune Company's and Local TV's stations.[4] Also as part of the agreement, the websites for Local TV's stations were transitioned to a platform developed and managed by Tribune Interactive.[5]
So in reality, Tribune has already been involved for 6 years in some form or fashion. Local TV LLC was formed in 2006 when Oak Hill Capital bought the handful of stations from the NY Times - which KFOR was part of.
