We'd need a much larger population, a much stronger corporate presence, a bigger airport, an efficient public transportation system, international recognition, probably need to produce a very influential social figure (an Oklahoman who won the Nobel Peace Prize would be nice), and the willingness to go a few billion dollars into debt.
Get that stuff and then we'll talk Olympics.
