Nothing much happening over the past week after they finished a partial section of the second floor. It has been very quiet over at the construction site, but the crane is still there. Maybe steel erection will take place soon after the redesign from the announcement this summer?

I still haven't seen any revisions come through for design approval or permitting, which is very strange. I'm quite confident they will have to go through this process, because the announced changes (moving away from an auditorium, gym, etc. to pure office space) would require that.
Not sure what is going on here.
Thanks for the pic, Lazio.
Man, I hope this doesn't become one of those deals where the construction comes to a halt because of troubles/issues at SandRidge. Then it just sits there incomplete for the next 3 or 4 years (or however long) blighting up that area before someone finally comes along and finishes it off.
But there's little chance of that happening, right?
Everyone, I can confirm that steel trusses will be coming to the site in two weeks. I will get a chance to take a site tour when it arrives and watch it get erected. Pictures coming soon ...

nice, just wish it were taller now.
Oklahoma City, the RENAISSANCE CITY!
Building some frames out of that steel:

And those are some big frames, buddy.
I'm sure Lazio has been watching all of this with keen interest.
I still don't understand why SandRidge has not filed new building permits to reflect the change from the Amenities Building to a pure office structure.
The outside will be largely the same but the inside has changed significantly. Very strange.
The Project 180 pictures will look a lot different this time around. There are 7' tall barriers on both sides of Robinson from 4th to Park. Hard to tell what is going on in the actual streets themselves.
I REALLY don't understand what is happening with this project.
We were told that SandRidge was going to completely re-do the interior from the original amenities plan (gym, auditorium) to for-lease office space.
Yet:
1) No new plans have been submitted to the City that reflect these changes
2) Counting the elevator and stair openings, there are still only seven which is true to the original plan (it has been reported there would now be 11 floors)
3) They have been welding huge steel trusses that look exactly like what was to be used to support the large, clear expanses of the auditorium and gym
This is all very strange.
Steel erection over the past week! I took these two pictures this afternoon.

Awesome! Thanks Lazio.
Does anyone know if it lasted longer than four hours?
