Here's a great video by SkylineInk that shows a rendering of the streetcar moving through the downtown route:

I found a brief reference to this video in the main streetcar thread, but it deserves more attention.
Especially from folks like me who aren't as interested in all the insider political stuff.

Really gives a good feeling for how it will look to have the streetcar gliding through our urban core.

Actually, if you want it to look like it will on the first day the street car is moving, I'd bet you'd need to photoshop some construction cranes in there and make the building look incomplete.
