Yep, its all the ramps going to and from I-235 and I-40.

The west end from Penn to Western is up for bid next month too.
I just looked at the plans from Penn to Western and here are the following changes.
-Still an elevated berm
-Eastbound offramp to Virgina
-Westbound onramp from Virgina
-Eastbound onramp from Virgina(rebuild of existing ramp)
-Westbound offramp to Virgina(rebuild of existing ramp)
-Eastbound onramp from Sheridan removed
- off-ramp at Klein on eastbound
- on-ramp at Klein on westbound replaces the Sheridan ramp
-No access to Sheridan going eastbound
Bolded items represent the major changes to the plan. Klein isn't really a major change in the grand scheme of things, but one old bridge is gone and the ramp design is simpler. The two "T-Intersections" at Klein can be connected to make a full intersection in the future if desired.
I think other major change that should be implemented is redoing the bridges that were part of the old Crosstown. Those things look hideous and they can still use that steel on crappy bridge decks elsewhere in the state.
Does anyone know what they're doing to I-40 E&W bound in Yukon?
Maybe finally widening it between just west of Garth Brooks and just west of the Morgan Road interchange?
Does anyone know what is being done to the I-40 bridge over the N. Canadian River between Council Rd. and Morgan Rd.? The number of lanes has been reduced and shifted to the outside shoulder in each direction. Are they redecking the bridge? Building a new one?
Unfortunately most government websites are terible, ODOTs seems better than the average one I have seen. It seems like part of the proble is they are made from the perspective, this massive pile of documents are required to be publicly available. Often with little or no thought to layout, logical structure, color choices and tend to look like it was designed around mid nineties.
I have not seen one but I had not seen many renderings posted on the site to begin with.
you can limit google to searching just it by typing with the search words site:http://www.okladot.state.ok.us
It took a while to find:

You're the man, BBill.
Hopefully this re-decking goes smoother (pun intended! ) than the work they just did on the I-44 bridge over the N. Canadian River. I noticed they've already had to redo some of the work on the WB side so it's no longer nice. Took less than a month for repairs to have to be made. Well done, ODOT!
That bridge definitely needs resurfacing. It reminds me of the old Crosstown deck.
Any idea as to when that bridge project will finish up?
Looks like late this year or very early next year:
ESTIMATE SUMMARY
Here's a question about bridges in OK though. Has anyone else noticed that when you drive onto a bridge here, it's often not a smooth transition like in Kansas or Texas, but rather a wild gyration that feels like it may throw your car into another lane? For example, I-40 E and WB over Meridian Ave. has asphalt patches that sink before the bridge so that when you hit the bridge, it annihilates the car's front end. Why is that? Can't they match the level of the road and the bridge?
The Meridian bridge is bumpy but I've never experienced what you are describing...
Are they ever going to replace that horrible bridge that is right after you pass the outlet mall? I don't think this is the bridge that is being talked about. This bridge is part of the highway and is 6 lanes wide. It is actually a double bridge, 3 lanes east 3 lanes west.
Also, this bridge passes over a river or creek.
