First, this is AWESOME way to go Bradshaw. His entire portfolio of downtown development is going to represent an extremely wide array of price-points, with the Maywood Apartments as a LEVEL-equivalent, this as an Edge-equivalent IMO, and of course the Brownstones are unrivaled.
But I have a lot of questions:
1. The elevation I really want to see is NE 4th.
2. The Walnut elevation doesn't seem completely depicted given that the car wash will be preserved (shouldn't be the same scale/massing as the Oklahoma Ave side)
3. Are those storefront windows on the street level? I see a ton of awnings
4. Is that structured parking built into the back of the development with ventilated openings?
