What is the new building near Santa Fe and 19th St going to be?

A new building is being constructed just North of the Dollar General store near the intersection of Santa Fe and 19th/149th st. Anyone know what it's going to be?

I know firehouse subs is expanding up from Norman. that would be my guess. there's a subway at 19th and telephone and it's definitely not busy enough to open a new one a block down the road.

I might visit Subway more often now. I don't even consider going to the Subway off Telephone. The traffic in that area is a nightmare.
