I'm hearing that if all goes well, Orange Leaf will open Saturday, Oct. 6th.

Pizza 23 is aiming for a November 1 opening.


Really, really impressed with the renovation of this building, the fact it is fully leased with office tenants and will soon have two great restaurant/retails businesses with nice patios fronting 23rd.

It was decently busy for a Sunday night, as was Pizza23.

Pizza23 had a 10% off coupon to orangeleaf printed on the receipt last week when I ate there, so even though I wasn't planning on getting yogurt after dinner, I thought why not and went anyway. A bunch of people that came in after we did also had their receipts, so I'm thinking it's looking like a pretty smart strategy to get people to buy frozen yogurt in the freezing cold.
