Wired Lofts in Midtown?

Was checking out Wiredlofts.com and it says they have a midtown location to be completed in January 2013. Why have I not heard about this??

I mentioned this in another thread about MidTown a while back, but there has been no property acquisition that shows up on record or anything thus far.

Looks like they renovated a complex @ NW 17th just off Broadway. Tiny units.
