Yes, I was extremely upset that the neat former Crystal's Pizza building was torn down for a relocated Chili's. Why couldn't they just tear down the former Chili's building and replace it? I guess it was more about a new location than a new building. The old location is in the strip center that is now mostly empty after Service Merchandise went under.

Actually, Rockwell Acquisitions owns Rockwell Plaza, and CB Richard Ellis manages and leases the project.
