54 - and I still feel like I am in my late twenties, early thirties in many ways. When I WAS thirty, I thought fifty sounded really old. Turns out, it really isn't a big deal. I don't like to party all that much and I don't have wanderlust but, mentally, that's the age I feel. I keep thinking I'll start feeling old at some point - maybe in my sixties?

I'm 53, wife is 49. We both feel exactly the same way. I'm not sure I'll ever feel mentally old. Oh, I forget things a bit more than I used to but that's really all mentally. Now physically, my body lets me know often that I can't do what I did when I was twenty.

52 and feel like I did when I was 32. Was told when my last child was born (when I was 39) that chasing after him would keep me young. I didn't believe it at the time, but apparently there's something to it.

Strange that we have so many more in the 30-40 and 50-60 range than 40-50.

But it also shows the wide distribution of ages here, which is really cool.
