You're right. Defamation is a more appropriate term than is slander.

I don't know, on second thought.. These accusations would be more appropriate had LandRunOkie accused TAP of a financial conflict of interest in owning land across the street or if McDermid had bribed the DDR commissioners. He just strongly criticized the design is all.

I'd say anyone blocking him should take another look at a few other posters on this board, or grow thicker skin :/

It's not based on one post. He's basically been derailing every thread with wild accusations (and nothing to back it up) and then telling other posters to prove him wrong.

He accused them of bribery. Plus he's been a tool. I think he's the second coming of that train guy from a few years ago, come to plague us in a new form.

I think there is some sort of train conspiracy going on behind the OKC talk page. Every page I go to I see something about a train. Come to think of it, I just contributed to it. Oh no, I have become infected.

Does anyone know when the groundbreaking is on this? Over the last few weeks I've seen what looks like a small drilling rig working in the southern half of the block. I'm guessing it is doing some preliminary work assessing bedrock depth/quality and water-table level.
