Development suggestions on specific properties

OkcTalk is a great place for hashing out ideas. I was wondering if we have any type of website (which may already include OkcTalk {I'm new to it}) where specific properties are regularly highlighted and people can suggest ideas for what they should become. For example, a unique unused building located near a certain demographic that could be a great place for retail, restaurant, office, small multi-unit apartments, etc.

You've come to the right place. If you look at our Urban Development forums, you'll see tons of threads on just about every building in the city core. Suburban Development focuses on more out-lying areas.

If you don't see a thread on a specific property, start one.

A lot of what we do here is arm-chair architecture and urban planning, so join right in.
