The title of this thread shows either how young or how long the OP has lived here considering that building was a shoe store to begin with. What was the name of that place anyway?

I did a little research. I found this on Edm Econ. Dev. site: Five Guys Burgers and Fries leased 2,400-square-feet of retail space at 2300 W. Memorial Rd. Alaina McGlothlin with CB Richard Ellis|Oklahoma handled the transaction. CB Richard Ellis 2011 Prospectus lists the building at 16,848 sq. ft.

3 tennants so far in the old BAM/Just for Feet Building: 5 Guys Burgers, Costa Vita, and Dustees is moving from across the street.
Currently they have 1 open 2,200 sq.ft. suite available at $32 a square foot!

This was probably a helpful factor in gaining the first Costa Vida in the state, seeing as how Costa Vida was probably familiar with said broker.

Novelty= baja mexico/northwest pacific coast cuisine as a focus, with many gluten-free options. :-)

What is your problem with it? It isn't hurting you, it doesn't affect you. I didn't know anything more than 5 Guys, so it was "new" news to me.
