Thread: Juan del Fuego - Norman

  1. Default Juan del Fuego - Norman

I recently reviewed my experience at Juan del Fuego, a "Mexi Diner" in Norman. It's owned and operated by Juan Herrera who was the lead cook and worked at The Diner for 17 years. Check it out here!

I love Juan's. The wait for your food can be a little on the long side, but, that's because everything is made from scratch. A GREAT breakfast spot in Norman. Get their green chili on anything/everything!!

I've been twice and am headed back. Great food on both trips, good service once, bad service once. I hope they fix some wait staff attitudes, because the food was really good. I keep hearing from employers that it is really hard to find (and keep) good help. (low unemployment does have its drawbacks)
