Anyone knowing what is going up next to the Ryan's building on I-40. Not the Dicks that is next to best buy. It's between Ryan's and Panera Bread.

Is that where the new Chick-fil-a is going? I originally thought it was going to be across from the Taco Bell near the Council intersection.
