Need reliable HVAC vendor for A/C analysis.

I need a reference for a good HVAC company to come out and analyze my current air conditioner. I need a complete analysis; refrigerant load, temperatures, subcooling, home heat load, pressures, the whole thing. I need to make an exact analysis of whether my compressor is drawing too much current under present operating conditions. I suspect the unit may actually be overcharged, causing it to draw too much current, but I know I can't judge that purely by interpreting an at-the-moment reading from a clamp-on ammeter. Someone who has the charts and knows how to make all the proper measurements needs to come out and take proper measurements.
