It aired last night. The CHK Arena was the loudest tested at 119.5 d. They also tested a lawn mower and a few other things, but the Peake was the loudest.

There you go then, that brings me back to the question, does the City have noise ordinances? If so, is the Peake in violation? LOL

Speaking of ordinance violation, is the LED sign outside the Peake in violation of the elctronic sign ordinance? That thing was VERY bright, lit up the street like it was daylight last night when I drove by...

Since most ordinances like that are geared affecting others in public or buildings in the vicinity, it probably only apply to what someone outside the building or in the building next door could hear. In any case they would probably pass an amendment quickly if it did apply.
