Well, it's already obvious that Shinn wants to keep the Hornets here. Looks like his lawyer is now going to task to make sure that happens.

That would be great, Patrick, but I'll still believe it when I see it.
I don't think it is a stretch to say, I'll be shocked if we see the Hornets based in OKC past next season. Shinn is also a person whose word is worthless. If it happens, it happens...but I wouldn't hold my breath.
Oklahoma City should build a $40 million NBA practice facility immediately.
Why? So it sits empty when Stern forces them back to NOLA?
Heard that Shinn is building a house in Gaillardia. Anybody hear it too?
Nope, that's one of the rumors they'd have you believe over on Hornets Central. Even if he were building a house there, people like Shinn with big bucks can buy and sell things quickly.Originally Posted by imafish

New Orleans Times. The only paper that's willing to tell the truth. That one dude in your paper is full of it.
Yeah, the Times has a real good record of fact checking.
Did the BOG announce it?
It's been announced everywhere. Even Stern told your own Channel 5 that they'd be returning.
