Not good but really hard to tell from the pics I saw following the link that it was him (slight profile but from behind, long scraggly hair)...in other words if someone hadn't told me it was him, I wouldn't have known.

I am thankful that someone had the time and inclination to examine in detail the various bits of background props and realize this had happened. Freaking artists. Hopefully something this shameful will never ever happen again. Truly disgraceful and the show ought to be taken off the air forever, and the source books burned for corrupting the hearts and minds of the prop department personnel, rendering them so completely oblivious or uncaring or malicious, whichever best fits, as to reuse an old prop when that prop was once a representative of the leader of the greatest nation in the free world.

Then again, maybe it was much ado about not so much.

I actually lean toward the latter, irrespective of whether the no longer needed fake empty head was originally George, Bill, George, Ronald, Jimmy, Gerald, Richard, Lyndon, John, etc., etc. before it was made over with a wig, dirty grunge, etc., etc. to resemble some unnamed prop trophy head on a stick.

Love the show. Never would have noticed otherwise. If their explanation was true, that they just grabbed what they had, then so be it. If anyone has watched the show it is pretty intense and you can tell the budget for it is already extreme high. If they are going through a wax museum's dumpster to finish out props they need then so be it. They looked to have done a decent job to not make it all that recognizable.

As a republican I could really care less. But you know if Obama's head was used there would be an outrage and riots.

Its always easy to confidently say what would happen "if" in regards to a set of circumstances that haven't and probably won't occur.

You would have to be a big geek to notice that. Lol

    A big geek or at least a SuperNerd . . .
Rumor has it that they tried to use wax museum versions of the heads of Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, but neither one of them would quit talking and therefore kept spoiling the shot. Of course, that is just a rumor.

Well, I am a tad embarassed to say that I actually DID notice that it looked a lot like Bush but figured I was imagining things. And then, come to find out, it really was a Bush mask prop. I can't decide if I am more embarassed that I noticed it, or flat out impressed with myself for catching it.

Should be impressed. There were a lot of heads in that scene.

The only reason anyone even bothered to report this is because it is an election year, and in election years people lose their minds and need to be outraged about things.
