University North Park

I see new construction at University North Park, just north of IBC & Valliance banks. Does anyone know what retail is going in there?

I talked to a Starbucks employee that said Starbucks was going in at this location. The south end. Also mentioned Chipoltle and a frozen yogurt store going in there.
