Hate to be that guy, but I'm a little bummed about the final product. Bottom third looks good. Bringing bodies to the neighborhood is a +.
In person, the details show much better and doesn't look nearly as plain as would indicate in this photo.
I think it's a great compromise of style and value.
Believe it or not but two weeks from today the first tenants are set to move in.
note the first of the south side parking spaces were poured a few days ago
Yup, I'm one of them! It's gonna be interesting to see how it'll be living in a place where construction is still going on in the Phase 2-4 units... Now that I think about it, the unit right next to mine is a phase 4 that'll still be under construction for a while after I move in.
I love those chevron lights.
So I've been a lurker on these forums for the past year or so and finally got around to signing up. Unfortunately I haven't been able to go by the apartments in about 3 weeks since I toured, but thanks for posting that picture, the sidewalks and garage lights are looking great. I got notice yesterday that my application was approved, so I'll be moving in around May 15, can't wait!
Aaaaaand the award for worst pictures ever goes to... This guy. F it, that's how I roll.
They're putting the awnings on the commercial space today. They look good.
From Metro:
Is that corner space going to be the grocery store?
A bunch of new pictures are up on their website at http://www.levelokc.com/build.
I was trying to decide if there's a rooftop patio, based on those pictures. The elevator or stairwell is definitely higher than the roof, but I wasn't sure if that was just to let light in or if you could indeed access the roof. It looks like they're putting gates up on the first floor balconies, which are kind of cool looking.
I am curious about why there is a second deadbolt on the doors.
