Pretty good renovation getting ready to start on this building just north of ludivine

It looks like there will be two retail/restaurant bays on the first floor. Formerly, there had been apartments on the 2nd floor but not sure about the use with the remodel. Note that on the second level (last image) there is cut-out space on the SW corner that represents a little deck area; you can see it currently exists in closer aerials. I'm sure it provides great views of the skyline.

This building has some really nice details in the original facade.

That outdoor seating area would be a great patio for a restaurant.
