    Jim, I also remember seeing that but don't recall the exact details. It does seem like there was a mention of MAPS funds being used but I can't say that for sure.

    Thanks for the confirmation! Hopefully someone will chime in with a lead to the actual sources for the story, so that I can check the details.

    Jim, I just looked through 23 pages of video back to March 23rd on the KFOR website and didn't see anything. But they don't always put everything on the web. I looked for a while at KOCO and Channel 9 as well - but no luck. Sorry, I was hoping to find something.

    I did much the same thing before starting this thread. Also searched the Oklahoman's archives back to March 1, looking for all references to CSAS or even to Classen (which got many references to the boulevard, but nothing about the school's renovation).

    I'd think that someone here would at least know the appropriate sources for such information, since so many of us who post often seem to have close connections with city and school officials.

    Classen School of Advanced Studies has kids on waiting list in OKC
    The Oklahoma City public school presented its reduced enrollment numbers to the school board Monday night, as Classen prepares for renovations.

    One of Oklahoma's most successful public schools is reducing the number of students it will admit into its program for next year as it prepares for renovations that will reduce its capacity. "Right now we have 954 students, and our goal is to have 935 by the end of the MAPS (for Kids) program in 2013..."
