S.E. 22nd & Bryant

There is this vacant land west of 22nd and Bryant, off of Grand. There are still parking lots and and a driveway through it, like something was there. What used to be there? Was it some office buildings or apartments?

I wanna say those were apartments. I had some relatives living there back when I was in high school. Late 80's early 90's. Copperfield...CopperSomething???

We used to live in those apartment after our Son was born, around 1986. They were used to house hurricane Katrina victims in 2005. Our cousins came up from New Orleans during Katrina and was temporarily housed there.

They were housing projects during the late 60's, early 70's, but were bought by a private company, that converted them into townhouses.
