Thread: Quail Springs Corporate Park?

    Default Quail Springs Corporate Park?

Hey guys, I was wondering if you guys knew of a way that I could find out what all companies are located in the Quail Springs Corporate Park. This is the park that is north of Memorial road between May Ave. and Portland. Is there a website that has everyone listed? Thanks for the help!

I don't believe there is a website, but I do know Hertz has offices back there, and AT&T has a call center back there. Also, LINN Energy I believe has offices back there. There is also a major call center facility for AAA. Probably the only way to find out who is back there is to drive around and take notes. But there is at least one or two buildings that are office buildings for several companies. One might be able to walk in and look at their marquee listing. Hope that helps.

Thanks jbk! Yeah, I knew all those were big tenants back there already. I guess that's not too bad of an idea, to go into each office and see who is listed.

What are you intending to do with the list? Solicit?

Well, I guess I wouldn't honest if I said I had no intentions of doing this. I was looking at opening up a business nearby, and wanted to see what potential clients would need catering services. I wanted to get an idea of what businesses are there, and how many potential customers I could attain. So, if this is to be considered soliciting, then yes... that is my intention. At some point, to grow my business, I was planning to visit the offices and drop off business cards/flyers.

I'm scouting several areas around the city, and just trying to do as much homework as possible on each of them.

This area seems primed for development of some mid-rise towers. With the existing businesses there, the hospitality elements, and the restaurants it seems that any business looking at other areas besides downtown would be drooling over this area's potential. Anyone hear of any potential developments in the works up there?

Avaya has an office just east of the Hertz complex. At one time Hertz was going to build 2 more 4 story buildings but decided not too, as the were bought by a private equity firm.

The FBI has a compound at the southern entrance on the West side of the parkway.
