This first photo is a screen capture from that video that shows the panels starting to go up on the backside of the crown. They look to be opaque rather than being any sort of window.

Second is from the webcam this AM and it shows there is only one more row of glass left on the north side of "V".

I can kinda see the back side of the west crown from where I live and I thought it might be done but I wasn't certain and just didn't have a good enough angle to be sure... I think this clears it up. BUT, from my view it's also clear that the back side of the north crown is not done.

Yes, they seem to be finishing the front glass of the north side before the other two, and the back of the westside before the others.

forgive my ignorance but I haven't been on this forum for long. Can anyone please explain the LED's to me? Are these going to be all over the tower?

They are only going to be in the notches (like the one pictured) and rumor has it the crown will make extensive use of them. Somewhere in the last 352 pages there is a drawing of the tower that refers to the triangles at the top as 'lanterns' or 'torches' (don't remember which it was).

Got some great video and photos this evening of triangular glass being installed on the west side and photos of the sunset on the building on the Western bridge. Also... video out the window along I-40 and under the Skydance Bridge.

This is my first post I am originally from OKC but moved to Houston after Highschool. I am ready to go back home and am amazed by all the progress I have seen just from this site. Cannot wait to see it in person.

Devon Tower just looks amazing, Now when I take my friends from Houston again they cannot say we dont have a single skysraper lol.

Is that a shadow on the yellow beam or spilled paint?

Amazingly, it looks like those yellow beams will remain yellow.

Will be almost impossible to paint them now that the glass is being attached.
