For the love of god, please, no one quote the first post... Thanks for the pics Metro!
So where in Midtown is the playground?
sweet pics bro!
Anyone want to add this picture to OKC's Wikipedia page? :-)
I'm sure there are people out there enjoy old-fashioned curb design.
Great pics dude!
Wow, balconies on LEVEL are an amazing touch. Drool...
Thanks metro.
Any other pic requests for tomorrow? I tried to get all downtown area development.
You may want to stop by 7/11's new location in Del City weekly to document the progress?
And if you can, try to take as much pix you can of the old I-40 before we lose it all. Not just general view, but plenty of up-close shots and underneath.
The areas for the Grand Central Park, see if you stumble across any historic buildings set to be demolished.
If you bump into Will, don't forget to say hi to him.
I propose that we all just ignore a certain poster who is evidently desperate for attention..
Grace Cleaners. Hart bldg (though I doubt progress there?). The new law office in that red building on Film Row. S&B on 9th. Shakey's Pizza on the Canal. The loft renovation at Hudson/7th.
I think downtown construction updates such as this one should also start including the 23rd Uptown area.
Awesome pics, metro. Thank you for sharing them.
Metro, refer to 2nd paragraph if you are interested.

I would love to sit on the corner balcony, drink some coffee while reading the Oklahoman, and watch the suckers drive to work.
Having lived in the Brownstones for almost three years, I can tell you that is even better than you imagine. I initially felt guilty about the 1.5-2 hours a day that was no longer wasted sitting behind the steering wheel. Now in the evenings I toast the commuters with a glass of wine while reminiscing about the 4,000+ times I drove the Dallas North Tollway. Or the 5000+ times I drove from far north Edmond to downtown OKC. Come join us!
Oh, and - Bring me a shrubbery!
I took exterior of S&B, but I guess they didn't post above. I will repost them in the S&B thread.
Regarding the others Spartan, nothing new has really taken place.
Definitely enjoying the pictures. Nicely done.
There are nice development over there at Sooner and I-40. A huge building went up next to a shopping strip.
I don't know if it's old news, but I was surprised by the progress on the old Grace Cleaners building.
