    Yeah, ok, somewhat more than a fortnight, but I struggled with math from an early age

    I reckon their fast growing economy inspired them to thinking something had to be improvised or invented to spend up construction.

    No it's not. This building is done with modular construction. The Devon building has a more unique shape to it that wouldn't really allow it to be done using pre-constructed modules. Think of it as buying a house that is prefab versus building a custom design.
