The Library on W. Boyd, just west of campus corner a block or three
The Mont on E. Boyd, just east of campus corner a block or three

I don't do a lot of patio dining myself but those are two that seem to still draw well.

Deep Deuce Grill, The Wedge in Deep Deuce, Louie's Midtown, Mama Roja on Lake Hefner, Republic (back patio), Casa Perico (63rd & N. Meridian).

The hard part is finding a patio equipped restaurant that is willing to open the patio up when there are freakishly warm temperatures outside even though the calendar says "January".

Toby Keith's restaurant goes something like, "I Love this Bar and Grill," and numerous restaurants along the Bricktown/Downtown canal. And the restaurants beside Lake Hefner.

I had dinner at Louies Midtown on Friday and there were people eating outside. I believe they even have heaters outside there.
