Public Opinion Survey Presentation on August 30

I'd initially thought to include this item in the August 30 City Council thread, but thought better of that since it's really a different topic than what to do with the $30M in MAPS 3 which had been part of the convention center amount ($180M).

This 29:35 minute video clip from the August 30 city council meeting shows the presentation made by Chris Tatham of ETC Institute of Olathe, Kansas, which had been engaged by the city to conduct a public opinion survey as to how city government was doing its job, as perceived by citizens. Generally, as you will observe, the city got mainly high marks when compared with other cities of over 250,000 in which the same firm conducts identical polling. I'll have a few screen capture images shortly, but here is the video.
