Ok, a multi-hour process. I personally don't know what i am going to be in the mood for that far in advance. Plus am cooking for 1 so convenience, clean-up, time etc is something that has to be balanced with money spent. When i do cook, it is in bulk so i can make several meals out of it. I like left overs but that can get old quick too. It is all value for the money. Plus coming up with the right seasoning, cooking methods etc is going to be trial and error. Then if you want variety, like beef, chicken, nachos and any other sort of thing, have to factor that in too.
