If this happened in Oklahoma, it might leave an impression upon Oklahoma legislators who don't believe in decriminalizing marijuana like how Connecticut recently did. But then few people dare take a pot case to trial, considering how overly harsh the punishment can be over marijuana.

In Connecticut a person found with a small amount of marijuana will be given a $150 ticket and allowed on his way is what decriminalization of marijuana can mean.
