Anybody know about this project, it was reported on 06/21/11, supposed to be 6 stories, with ground level retail, expected start date 03/12/12? And its not Aloft...

The only one I see is this and it's clearly describing the Aloft (roof top terrace, etc.):

Site work and new construction of a commercial development in Oklahoma City. Schematic plans call for a 118,200 square-foot, 140-room, six-story hotel. Plans include street level retail, restaurants and public spaces, an open air terrace at the upper.
