I have read somewhere that they will be on Memorial Road at some point, as will Genghis Grill, this August. However, I do not know where on Memorial Rd that HuHot intends to locate, although I am really looking fwd to trying them out and comparing them w/ Genghis.

I think HuHot is going in the old Garfield's spot at Quail Springs Mall, across from Duncan Bros.

That's wonderful. Quail Springs has longed to fill the Garfield restaurant spot... its been vacant WAY too long, if its true.

Got a response from their Facebook page. No verification of the location but will open late summer/early fall.

What about the old Abuelos spot on the NW corner of Memorial and Penn? There is construction activity going on as I type...
