Walmart Unions

Hi, not sure where to put this.

Last weekend at the flea market, I walked by a big TV screen and, I think it was the CNN channel, was displaying a big banner message...something about Walmart and Unions and said something about no criminal checks for new hires, something like that.

So, I must have missed something. Did Walmart gone unionized or are that process getting really close to being official?

The story is about the construction unions that until now have refused to do the construction that would let WMT enter the NYC area. Its not about unions in-store. I doubt that will ever happen.
