Helicopter Procession today?

Anyone notice the procession of 7-8 or so helicoptors in a line flying over downtown headed due west? Anyone know what that was about. It happened around 10:45am.

I was on I-240 going east at about 9:35 and saw what you are describing except they were going more southeast to northwest and were not quite to downtown. Perhaps a separate group?

Either way it was strange.

Yeah, I saw 7-8 Apache helicopters too heading North. Probably the same ones.

Might have been related to their was a wildfire or something(s) on fire generating a lot of smoke that seemed very near Yukon in the morning around that time, no idea how far the smoke was blowing in from since their was fairly low visibility.

I was driving to work at 9:45am and saw five black helicoptors flying due west from my vantage point just east of Meridian on NW 36th St. They were flying in sets of 2 with the 5th tailing at roughly 500 ft up. When I was at the light to go south on Meridian, they curved northwesterly as I viewed them off in the distance. So, to the OP, you're not the only one!
