Who's Gonna Win American Idol?

I'm for James Durbin winning. He grade A rocks and does Lambert even better while supposedly not gay. Stefano is a great underdog to root for. The talent on American Idol is so much better this year.

I think Jacob Lusk is overrated and that country singer dude is unbearable.. I either want Casey or Lauren to win.

Scotty isn't all that bad with me. I won't be mad, if he wins. I'm glad Paul got voted out. Him coming out every week sounding like Rod Stewart was getting old. It's not all that pretty of a voice. The judges are still right for keeping Casey.

I agree about Casey. He picks interesting songs and he just has a uniqueness about him (loved when he would play the Bass). Also agree about Paul. I have mixed feelings about James Durbin, I don't think he'll win because I don't think people will want another Adam Lambert plus his vocals aren't as strong as Adams.

The one big thing that is bothering me this season is all we normally hear is "you need to change it up and show different sides of your talent" to contestants over and over again. Yet with Scotty...not a peep. It's all "you know who you are and that's great keep going!" I'm sorry. I am tired of a 17 year old with and overly deep voice that can mimic George Straight. Don't even get me started on the weird faces and holding the mic like he is getting ready to take a bite out of a beef stick.

James D to me is a just a cheap Adam Lambert knock off without all the drama. Casey growls too much, but when he doesn't he is really good. Lauren is another Kelly Pickler...just not as ditsy. Stefano is there because J-Lo loves him too much. Haley...eh. Jacob seems like a cry baby.

Ah well. I really thought the talent this year was really good, but I'm not seeing any WOW moments at all. Carrie Underwood's Alone...David Cook's Eleanor Rigby...etc. Those were performances where you knew they won the whole thing.

I'm just glad Vote For the Worst poster boy Paul is gone...even though now they are pulling for Casey, which doesn't make sense since he is talented.

I'm not a country music fan, but my daugher is and of course being from here I have defiently heard my fair share of it. Although I'm not a fan of Scotty's music, I think if a country label picks him up, and gives him the right songs, I think he will do very well. I don't see him going all the way in Idol, but I would think at the very least Jacob and Stefano would go first.

I like Casey when he stays jazzy. I haven't seen his performance from last night yet, so I don't know how he did. Haley needs to stop growling so much. But... in regards to her... she needs to do bluesy/jazzy stuff like Casey. I loved her in that duet she did with Casey. THAT fit her voice.

I do love how so many of then are telling the mentors to take a hike this year. Last week James didn't even have an alternate song, didn't even think about changing. This is what I want to do and too bad if you don't like it.

I think he is better then Stefano or Jacob. Jacob needs to go next then Scotty. But WTH is he going to do next week? Are they really going to do Carole King?
