Seriously RC??? Are you that thick headed? It's kinda like you endorsing a new Lawn Technician manager when your are ready to retire instead of posting the position and letting the candidates qualifications stand for themselves. When your related to the candidate it's called nepotism, when your not it's called favoritism and in both instances it's called Unethical.

So your Union can openly support a candidate with time and money, but the mayor can't support one, that's sounds Unethical.
By the way, I did endorse a replacement for my position when I retired, he got the job, and hold your breath-----he was a AFSCME Member.

P.S. would love a reply/response from you, just once, without the name calling, but I guess that's how you roll.

RC, just keeping my replies on your second grade level so as to not confuse you. The union isn't the one awarding contracts for millions of dollars and controlling peoples lives. Bless your heart Sugar, keep on trucking. (how's that for a nice name calling for ya?)

And I don't believe the Mayor or council people should endorse other candidates just like i believe lobbyists at a state and federal level should be illegal. I believe this amongst many other things makes our local, state and federal governments susceptible to more corruption; but thats probably a topic for the political thread.

You mean like the paid lobbyist that fights for Public Safety--interesting. And the Fire Union President can financially support a candidate when he's paid by the City of OKC, how is that OK, if the Mayor can't endorse a candidate.

As for he comments and snide remarks, we'll just have to hope that someday you'll grow up and act like the man you pretend to be.
