Somebody that can just needs to go to the roof on the Oklahoma Tower and end this arguement or we can just wait until it is obvious that the Devon Tower is taller.

It's not an argument when you have a decent picture to back it up, lol. The best thing to do would be for someone to have a gps monitor with an elevation indicator. Difference from ground level of the Devon site to whatever floor they're working on now (not including the top of the cores). I went to skyscraperpage.com to look at the diagrams of the Oklahoma Tower, which is listed at 132.3 meters, or 396.9 feet. Does anyone know if that's the roof level or the top of the mech. housing? I just wonder how they count it.
^^Good question!I dont know either!but here is this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of..._Oklahoma_City OKCisOK4me Nice pic btw!
going to be tested in larger chunks as floors get done. 9 floors tested so far. probably next month before it mysteriously happens again up higher!
ledman, can you tell us when the next test is scheduled so we can be sure to watch on the webcam?
Judging from the diagram, they count the mechanical housing...
Thanks. It's not the greatest, lol. Especially 5mp on a cellphone from 5 miles away. But it's my favorite view from the NW side. I drive down that industrial road everyday as a shortcut to work. I wish those two wooden light poles weren't there!
I will drop a hint before I board the plane to come to OKC! Great town by the way-really nice folks.
Great pics from this flickr poster!ptcruiser4dogs' http://www.flickr.com/photos/18284386@N02/ there is some good Devon tower shots in here but mostly I-40 construction pics!
From that set on Flickr I cropped a westside view of the skyline:
I like that view of downtown. Thanks Pete
Here are some shots I took earlier today. (12-17-2010)

^^Why not,Robin Williams said Bricktown was a Red Neck Venice!
I'll add these photos that I took this morning (December 18, 2010).
Wow! Thanks Doug! That last pic is impressive!
I was looking at my first video from August, and First National had that graffiti back in the summer.
Is anyone going to put together a time-lapse video?

He works for the Colcord, doubt his employer would appreciate that.
The thing that strikes me is if the bldg were topped out right now, it would still be a very impressive addition to the skyline. However, since we have 4 others about this same height, I am very glad this one will continue to grow.
