oddly enough, when I type in oklahoma, oklahoma city is not among the first several suggestions. For me the suggestions which come up ares:

    oklahoma state fair
    oklahoma lottery
    oklahoma county assessor
    oklahoma
    oklahoma state university

and the first several listed links are to various okstatefair pages.

Some of the others are amusing all the same

It is all based on your previous queries. Everyone's autocomplete is different. However, it was pretty cool that Oklahoma City is the only city identified. Everyone else appears to looking for football stories about bowl destinations.

When you figure Oklahoma City showed up before Oklahoma Sooners - that is saying a lot.

Good point. Something must be wrong with the results!

It has to do with Justin Blackmon being a bada$$ receiver!

That is probably because OU fans don't have to search for sports web sites using Google - we just type the address in (www.soonersports.com). If we do have to search for OU sports we usually use search terms like "national championships", "Heisman winners", "Big XII Champs", or "longest home winning streak".

Hopefully you scroll down a lot when you search for "Heisman winners", considering the top results I get are for Notre Dame, Ohio State, and USC.

Also, searching for "national championships" and "Big XII Champs" gives me results for the BCS and the Big XII, respectively, well before OU shows up in the list. And I don't get why a Sooner fan would want links to the University of Miami when they search for "longest home winning streak", but that's what they will get.

Seriously, do you OU people even know how to use the internet?

Enough to not need google, bing, etc. to locate obvious answers near and dear to heart and mind.

I don't have to scroll down very far.
