Default Loose Crocodile on Plane Causes Panic and Crash - 19 Killed

    FROM: http://www.3news.co.nz/Croc-loose-on...6/Default.aspx

A stowaway crocodile has caused carnage on a flight in the Democratic Republic of Congo, killing 19 passengers and crew.

The croc was hidden in a passenger’s bag and was allegedly being smuggled to sell, however it managed to break lose and caused passengers on the flight to stampede the cockpit.

The lone survivor from the flight detailed the terrifying moments when the croc was loose.

"The terrified air hostess hurried towards the cockpit, followed by the passengers, the plane was then sent off-balance [and went down] despite the desperate efforts of the pilot,” he told news organisation Jeune Afrique.

The plane smashed into an empty house just a few hundred metres from its destination.

The only other survivor from the crash was the croc who was later killed with a machete by rescuers sifting through the wreckage.
