Hey, since this was a thread that was killed, and has been brought back to life, isn't this now actually a Zombie thread?

Yeah... Life revolves around OKCtalk let me tell ya.

For all we know the bible thumpers of this state probably think the internet is the devil. For the record I do believe in God, and that was just my opinion.

This site is so unprofessional, that it's borderline sickening. Trolls lash out calling names little school kids (I can see why some would though. The way they look in life would make me miserable), to a person who tried to post useful info, and the one posting info got his thread deleted, while other threads about utter BS still stand.

I can't see people taking this site seriously, as there is clear bias involved here. Bottom line, I can't see people taking this site seriously with the antics that go on here.

Case in point... Thunder asks a question, and I posted more talk from people who have heard, and the usuals are here calling people names and derailing the thread.

I can bet anyone here this thread will get closed, and the good people will get threatened, because there is some bias involved. Place your bets.

EDIT: Oh and by the way... I guess people here should say that Penn Square Mall is about to be on its deathbed, since shots were fired there... Afterall Crossroads failed due to gangs and the shooting, and all that bad nonsense. *sarcasm*

I suggest this thread and any others on Crossroads Mall be locked or deleted so long as these unofficial reports are streaming in from a certain poster on this forum.

This is getting beyond ridiculous, and I sense this thread is about to go south just like the other one did.

    Default Re: Crossroads Mall Discussion

If it goes south, it's going south because others want it to go south. Humans don't have to act stupid if they don't want to. They just choose to.

Thunder didn't ask for anyone to come here with corn shoved up their ass... The dude asked a legitimate question, and people want to come in here, call names, and act the way they are.

    That isn't Thunder's fault.

This is that bias I brought up. I fully expect this thread to be locked, despite the fact a useless one like the, "End of Crossroads Mall near" is still alive after 2 plus years of being on this un-professional and immature forum.

That has the most useless information, as well as just being filled with general nonsense and hate from various forum dwellers, yet it remains, while this one couldn't?

So on this forum, if people don't post what they believe should be posted, it gets locked? I dare for this thread to get locked.

I used to brag about this forum and tell people they should come here, however, after the mess that happened on my topic, and it's locking, if this one goes the way of the dodo, I'll just tell everyone who asks where to go for OKC discussion not to come to this whack-job forum, where people who provide some of those people with the news (employees here from NewsOK), have nothing better to do than to come here and act like a 2 year old to other forum posters.

Infact, I think I will back up this page to my HDD, as well as the last thread, just to show people how said and biased this site aparently is. I'll grab a picture on Google of Steve, and show these threads to people and say, "hey? This is what NewsOK journalists do in their spare time. Call people names and act unprofessional. To think you guys pay him, through paying the Oklahoman." Maybe they will get some sense slapped into them... Not like the paper doesn't already screw people over who try and cancel.

Pitiful... I dare this thread to get locked. I want to see the bias here.

Do you mean like, Moore, or Norman? I'm confused..

    Oh, you meant Moore.

You're daring Pete to lock this thread? How is that bias? He locked your first dumb thread. I actually think it would be very fair for him to lock your second thread and ban you for good. I would if this was on my old forums.

Hey, stop fighting. We should be discussing the mall here. The holidays is fast approaching and we should be talking about what is happening inside that huge building.

I take it that the group that did the haunted house stuff last year did not come back this year.

You should know that Christmas is just right around the corner. Some people are actually shopping for it. November is just a few weeks away. Businesses should actually start setting up in full gear right now. Crossroads have a lot of available spaces.

Well seeing as he is allowing what seems like children on this forum, to come and call people names for making their own threads, with discussion about the mall (wouldn't be the first time), and he isn't modding them, but closing my thread, which had info, but others derailed it; I can see where bias is involved.

That makes this forum look very un-professional.

I can see why you would ban people on your forum. You probably like feeling the power between your legs. You probably hoarde forums almost 24/7, having nothing better to do in life. Plus I can sense your bitterness a mile away? So, duh? The writing's on the wall.

Most people here lately have been about personal attacks and lame cutdowns, with little done by the admins. Well they have done something. They locked a thread with info and discussion that took a left down retard central when it got down to name calling, calling people liars, and all types of other stupidity.

But hey... I guess some here have nothing better to do in life. I pity those people... I really do.

Well, I guess I just decided it was no longer worth the headaches of keeping it up when the only threads basically consisted of you trying to start flame wars in every OKC thread.. (I kid..but not really)

Can you both stop before Pete get excited to close this topic? Just get real and talk about the mall.

The haunted house was a fund raiser for south side chamber. I was told it would not be there this year. As for new stores whether or not they come, I plan on doing some shopping at Crossroads. Has anyone checked out the new Kickboxing Gym there? (Eagles Wings) Second level by the old JC Pennys.

    I haven't.

I will say that I'm no longer afraid to go to the mall due to painful memories, while seeing the mall in its current form, since I know better days are surely coming. I do wish that the mall would get a food court (I only mention that because this market center is actually open to the public), or at least be filled with some high end stores that northside, Moore, and the Quail area are populated with.

Then again, I could see the mall not getting a food court, but possibly the property surrouding the mall being bought in order to create new retail and dining oppurtunities.

    Only time will tell.

EDIT: I never went into the haunted house at Crossroads, but wasn't it in the old Picadilly Cafeteria location?

  20. Default Re: Crossroads Mall Discussion

Not sure how the mall can have a food court like PSM have. The shape of the inside building is different and in the center is circular. There would have to be restaurants surrounding the center and that will require relocation of some current businesses. Would people prefer having restaurants on both floors or one?

But I do like how places are scattered around the mall rather than having to walk toward a specific location.

You know it seems to me they will need a larger food court afterall what they have is not large enough to handle large crowds.

Of course, that is subject to change. After all, zombie muzzleloader season opens in a few hours.

Yes, I'm sure it was me, Mr "Sooner and Rice Grad" (who was neither), supposedly working I think it was as a mental health professional at some hospital? Did you not at some point claim to be an African American middled aged man? Your lies were constant and weak and you've been booted from many forums. What did happen so recently at Skyscrapercity? I see you have been removed from there in the last couple of months? I can find examples of you shoveling crap just as ridiculous at Mega has with Crossroads, do you really need me to do it and embarrass you here?

    Sweet Dreams kiddo.

Do you have Spartan confused with someone else (with the multiple identities, banning etc)? I have only seen him post as Spartan and by his real name Nick Roberts here and over in his blog. He has spoken before the City Council and the BOA (?) concerning the SandRidge fiasco. No need for him to make up aliases changing his race, career etc.
