What is being built on the corner?
McAlisters Deli! I'm excited, I work in the Palagio shopping center, I can't wait for it to be finished. They broke ground this past monday. The only other McAlisters I know of is up on Memorial in NW OKC.
There's one off of Telephone Rd just south of 19th in Moore.
i thought mcalister's was going in the southeast corner of sw 104th & penn, just south of ibc bank. ground has been broken for something in that location.

i did misspeak, though... what i should have said was ground has been broken just east of ibc bank for what appears to be another outparcel of chatenay square. not sure what it is but i heard a rumor about a year ago that a mcalister's was going in that spot. sounds like that rumor was wrong and 104th and penn is going to be something else... hopefully not just a parking lot expansion for ibc!

Just through the intersection of 104 and Western about 10 minutes ago. There is now a sign proclaiming, "McAlisters coming soon".
SW 104th & Penn, a "Homeland Fuel Center" is going in.
Hopefully they sell 100%, none of that ethanol crap.
Was hoping for a Jack In The Box, would be nice to have one across the street. Oh well.
saw that sign just yesterday evening... i was less than enthused. -MOriginally Posted by skywestokc
There is definitely a mcalister's going in at SW 104th & Western... I live right by it
When Jack In The Box builds southside, it will probably be on 240, somewhere near Westmoore or 89th Street.
The fuel center will probably like the ones at 122nd and Rockwell and 23rd and Rockwell. A small cashier shed and a pumps. I doubt they will build a convenience store.
That is considered Moore, while the southside is considered OKC (I-240 area and south to Moore). I can't wait for the Moore location though, ohh man!
