Wait just a minute...... you mean to tell me that people are posting on here who haven't read every word of every post. That is most off-putting. And now I find myself growing sad and wondering about the future.
Wait a minute, you mean that some people actually like the taste of licorice.
Mr. Phibb in OKC??
Do carnies like licorice?
If there is anyone reading this who has not read every word of this thread, please excuse yourself to go read it now. We'll write slow so you can catch up...maybe
I'am totally caught up. Fried Pickles?
Pickled fries?
I've actually read ahead on this thread - I'm psychotic...or is that psychic?
I always get confused
Letting this thread die means "they" have won!
Is everyone going to don their slickers and rubbers and attend the Rockin' Reunion this weekend?
Oops, I meant raincoats and galoshas (sp?) .......now you see why I said rubbers. Remember when our parents called them that and we were embarrassed because we thought that they didn't know that those things in the men's rooms in gas stations were called that. BTW those machines said they were prophylactics. I never saw or heard the word condom until the 80s. When did they invent that word anyway? I need me a good bouncing bunnie about now.
Edit: Slicker equals raincoat. But you KNEW that.
Re-edit: The word was first used in 1666. So why wasn't the word on those machines at the Texaco?
