There is a newer building that's been constructed with a bunch on crappy cards sitting in front of it. It used be be an eyesore of a old used car dealer. Anyone know what this is supposed to be?

You must be talking about that junk yard or if you want to call it a car lot, they did that last year, dunno what its going to be, wish norman would force him to get rid of all that junk.

I don't know the fella, but I'd just about swear he's had some of those vehicles (or perhaps various parts collections is as accurate for part of the stock) on display and available for a few years. They do look a tad more odd with the new structure behind them.

Yea he has I have been with the city for 11 years, and some of those cars never moved or even ran.

My understanding was that the owner (I don't know if the car dealer is in fact the owner of that parcel or not) had the building constructed in the hopes of renting it out. No one has rented it yet---probably because there are still junky cars out in front.
